We will focus on health and wellness for you and your baby through physical Yoga poses, as well as mindful mediation and breathing excercises. Prenatal Yoga will help nuture you and your baby in the best ways during your pregnancy. This class is designed for people that are entirely new to Yoga, or those who have been practicing it for years. Please bring your own mat, wear comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.
